how long has zenithcleaners been in business?

Zenith Cleaners commenced operations on May 11, 2004 in Montreal, Canada.

where does zenithcleaners operate?

We presently operate all over Montreal Metropolitan area. We are currently looking to expand across Canada and the United States

how are you environmentally friendly?

We cannot claim to be 100% environmentally friendly as we realise that being environmentally friendly is a journey and not necessarily an achievement. We continue to seek ways to genuinely care for and about the people we intersect with in our work. We do not want to ever arrive. We want to keep striving. These are some of the things we do.

We use non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products that are independently certified by such labels like Grean Seal and Ecologo. The products we use are harmless, hypoallergenic and baby friendly.

For post-cleaning aromas, we use essential oils in place of unhealthy and toxic fumes from traditional cleaning products. In addition to giving you an odor you like after cleaning, essential oils are also healthy and therapeutic.

We use microfiber cloths and mops, which are designed to reduce the need for strong cleaning chemicals.

Zenith Cleaners endeavors to minimize emission of green house gases by utilizing Public Transportation where available.

We also operate paperlessly by sending invoices, forms and correspondences by email in adobe pdf format as much as possible.

We constantly work with our clients to make them greener without their asking us to do so. We constantly review our products, equipments, methods and procedures and change them when necessary, all in a bid to ensure our clients are well cared for.

We keep abreast of developments in the green space through periodic trainings and certifications at the individual and organizational level, membership of such organizations as Canadian Green Building Council. All associates of Zenith Cleaners are encouraged to become independently certified as Green Cleaning Technicians. Zenith Cleaners is also one of the few Green Clean Institute-certified building maintenance firms in Canada.

will i be required to sign a contract?

At Zenith Cleaners, we intentionaly do not have restrictive contracts because we want our clients to stay with us because of our quality and trustworthiness and not because they are locked into a contract. We want our clients to be able to leave us if and when they decide to. This keeps us constantly on our toes. At the same time, we also want to be free to leave clients we are not comfortable with

can i/we have the same cleaning team always?

For our residential clients, we will endeavor to send the same team to your home, office or building for each cleaning session. If there needs to be a change for any reason, we will inform you ahead of time.

how do i know you are trustworthy?

It is a well know fact that a good predictor of future performance is past performance. We are a young company but we have a track record of excellence and we intend to keep it that way. We will let you talk to our current and past clients, who can provide you with unbiased assessments. We want to build trust in the name Zenith Cleaners, one relationship at a time, one cleaning job at a time. We are insured. However, we do not want you to do business with us because we are insured but because you are convinced that you will get the best value, with Zenith Cleaners. In addition, Zenith Cleaners has a true money-back guarantee, because we know that we will not let you down

are your employees trustworthy?

Recruiting is a big part of what we do. We do interviews and background checks to ensure that potential employees fit into what we are trying to build - a service provider that can be trusted. We endeavor to attract and retain only those who are honest, deliver excellence and are caring. So far, we have been unable to attract or keep people who do not fit the spirit of Zenith Cleaners - integrity, excellence, love.
